Skills for Life: Annual Review 2003 - 2004

The Skills for Life Annual Review 2003-2004 was published on 7 July 2004. This annual report highlights the achievements in implementing Skills for Life over the past year, and outlines future plans to meet the challenges to encourage even more adults to improve their literacy, language and numeracy skills.
